Welcome to the Lustleigh Parish Council Website

The role of Lustleigh Parish Council is to serve the needs of the local community. The council is the first tier of local government and has the main aim of improving the quality of life and the local environment.

Lustleigh Parish Council works as a team to provide a service to the community. Led by a chair the council is given advice and administrative support by the clerk, Lis Wallace, who is the only employed member of the team.

When you see your councillors out and about do talk with them about local issues, they will be keen to listen. Otherwise, if you wish to raise an issue by phone or email then please contact Lis Wallace who will share your communication with all of the councillors – clerk@lustleighparishcouncil.gov.uk, telephone 277132.

The parish council meets on the second Thursday of each month, with the exception of August when no meeting is held. The meetings are open to the public and take place in the village hall meeting room, starting at 7.30pm.

Tim Wakeham – Chair, play area and equipment, authorised signatory, preschool contact re use of orchard

Sheila Palmer – Deputy chair, planning, authorised signatory, preschool contact re use of orchard

Jeremy Grammer – Planning

Jeremy Hepworth – Orchard care and maintenance

Henry Reddaway – Village hall committee representative

Kim Chambers – Orchard care and maintenance and planning

James Cater – Village maintenance, including Road Warden Scheme
